Project Manager (Contract or Contract-to-Hire)
We are seeking a Contract (with potential conversion to direct hire) Project Manager with strong experience leading commercialization, innovation cost savings, operational, and customer-driven initiatives within the manufacturing, CPG, Food or related industries. This individual must be able to step in quickly, build relationships with key stake holders, and drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment. This role will manage a high-volume portfolio (potentially 20+ concurrent projects) ranging from small operational improvements to large-scale commercialization and enterprise initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end commercialization and launch readiness initiatives
• Drive cross-functional projects spanning Operations, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Engineering, and Finance
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects with clear prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder alignment
• Partner closely with plant teams to ensure operational feasibility and execution readiness
• Provide clear visibility into timelines, risks, trade-offs, and key decisions to leadership
• Deliver projects on time, on budget, and with measurable business impact (cost savings, margin improvement, customer growth)

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading projects in Manufacturing, CPG, Food environments or similar
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to keep the wheels on projects and teams on time and in budget accountable to deliverables
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in dynamic operating environments
• Familiarity with Stage Gate processes will be a plus
