Estimator Project Manager

Job Description

We are a small site development company looking for an experienced Estimator/Project Manager. Experience must include excavation, storm & sanitary sewer work, water, paving, concrete & site demolition.

Skills

• Basic understanding of construction project management concepts
• Ability reading blue prints
• Proficient with mathematical, organizational, time management and computer skills
• Ability to manage and organize plan logs for multiple projects
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Valid driver's license

Job Duties

• Earthwork takeoff
• Organize, manage & distribute pricing requests to vendors & sub-contractors
• RFI's
• Complete projects start to finish
• Goal to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
• Obtain necessary permits and licenses
• Plan, determine resources and schedule all projects
• Follow all OSHA safety and health standards
