Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a Lexington, KY client to help them search for and qualify candidates for their Construction Project Manager position. Our client is a growing construction firm with a lot of opportunities for upward mobility.  They offer a decades-old, established company with a professional environment.

Primary responsibilities of the job include:

·         Experience managing projects in the general construction industry, with HVAC experience

·         Experience in a self-perform environment

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills

A successful candidate will possess the following:

·         At least 5 years of direct experience as a construction Project Manager

·         Must have experience with projects up to $17 mil

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills

·         Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills

·         Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment

·         Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft

·         OSHA 30

Salary Range: $110-160K
