Project Manager – Onshore Oil & Gas (Pipelines, Facilities & Compressors)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of onshore oil & gas pipeline, facility, and compressor station projects . The role is responsible for managing project execution from planning through construction and commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of onshore pipeline, facility, and compressor projects
• Control project scope, schedule, budget, and resources
• Oversee EPC contractors, construction crews, and vendors
• Ensure full compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations teams
• Manage project risks, changes, and stakeholder communications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• 8+ years of experience in onshore oil & gas construction
• Proven experience with pipelines, production facilities, and compressor stations
• Strong knowledge of EPC execution, permitting, and field construction
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• PMP certification preferred
