SERVICE DELIVERY LEADER - Wilmington, DE
Responsibilities
· Oversees all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Service Delivery teams and customer relationship management
· Implements and updates current business processes which will maximize efficiency, productivity, and drive the delivery of services to customers in a quality and timely manner
· Establishes measurement criteria for processes so team can continuously improve, by assessing weak points, measuring progress, and adjusting to the changing needs of the business
· Builds and maintains positive and professional services relationships with customers, including executive level client engagement, providing regular communication and status/performance updates
· Assesses customer feedback and works with manager to use creativity to establish, improve and refine services
· Manages and leads the Service Delivery Team, including training and development to ensure the teams processes and tasks are carried out efficiently
· Delegates projects tasks based on Service Delivery Coordinators individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels, if applicable
· Manages personnel on team, assigns responsibilities, monitors performance and sets deadlines as needed
· Manages all team personnel and all HR Performance Management Requirements
Requirements
· TPI Advocate and maintains a positive can-do attitude
· Proven working experience on few or small projects or accounts
· 3+ years managing work in a business environment
· 3+ years with excellent customer facing service delivery work
· Experience with overseeing and delegating work to one or more Service Delivery Coordinators
· 3+ years of direct personnel management experience
· 0 to 3 years of direct management of neurodiverse employees
· Demonstrated leadership, customer service, teamwork, project management and quality control skills.
· Accomplished written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
· Experienced level Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS)
