Construction Project Manager

Location: Modesto, CA 

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

We are a Design-Build firm , meaning we value collaboration over conflict. We are looking for a Project Manager who loves the field, speaks the language of the trades, and wants to build a portfolio of iconic Bay Area homes.

What You Will Do

• Own the Project: Manage the full lifecycle of residential renovations from pre-con to punch list.
• Lead the Field: You won't be stuck behind a desk all day. You will coordinate subs, supervise in-house crews, and verify layouts on-site.
• Communicate: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing clear updates on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Control Quality: Ensure the "simple" details (clean lines, reveals, alignments) are executed perfectly.
• Manage the Business: Handle buy-outs, change orders, and RFIs using our project platform.

Who You Are

• Experienced: 4+ years in residential construction management (Design-Build or High-End Remodel experience is a huge plus).
• Technical: You understand how a building comes together, specifically the nuances of Mid-Century/Post-and-Beam assemblies.
• Bilingual: Spanish proficiency is highly preferred to communicate effectively with our field crews.
• Tech-Savvy: You can navigate project management software and learn new tools quickly.
• A Leader: You lead with calm confidence, keeping sites clean, compliant, and positive
