Project Manager - Restoration

Private well established and growing General Contractor/ Restoration Company seeking a Restoration/Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting and implementation. This is a full time position Monday through Friday at a competitive salary based on experience with benefits, paid holidays, vacation time and bonuses.

Salary range is based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Assists an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with estimating expected costs for the project.
• Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.
• Address questions, concerns and/ or complaints throughout the project.
• Perform quality control visual walk through on all completed jobs.
• Material ordering and delivery utilizing warehouse, employees and suppliers.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual and company regulations, standards, specifications and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Previous experience with insurance repairs and disaster restoration a plus.
