Estimator Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an Estimator Project Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for material takeoff, labor calculation, and associated pricing.
• Developing, updating, and completing project bid sheets.
• Subcontractor and vendor solicitation, proposal scoping, and pricing review.
• By monthly, participate in job reviews
• Generation of requests-for-information (RFIs) and review of RFI responses.
• Preparing Quotes.
• Prepare Subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Proactively developing and maintaining relationships with owners, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors

• General Construction, Excavation and Landscaping Knowledge
