Job Description

Serves as a liaison between Caldwell and the project owner or customer by planning, directing, and coordinating designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Project Team Leader
• Contract/Subcontract negotiation and administration.
• Contract/Subcontract administrative duties with subcontractors and project owners.
• Scheduling Coordination of trades, inspecting, testing placement, installation and application of various construction activities required by the overall construction contract.
• Purchase requisitions of equipment and products and tracking of delivery.
• Control decisions made on the change orders.
