The Restoration Manager oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned Production/Restoration crews. Their responsibilities are centered around successful project management and customer satisfaction, along with revenue growth, profit growth, and staff development. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.

As the Restoration Manager , you will oversee all aspects of projects and crews ensuring excellent customer service and quality work. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure an accurate scope of work for restoration projects and prepare statements of work utilizing industry specific estimating software.
• Negotiate with customers and/or clients for approval of restoration activities
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews, assests, and subcontractors to provide service on active projects to include subcontractors
• Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process
• Maintain all communications with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives
• Manage production expenses including labor, equipment, vehicles, and other assets
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall satisfaction Provide priority response to potential customers, as needed.
• Perform restoration services as needed and direct team members to ensure a successful job completion
• Actively engage in training restoration teammates

Position Requirements

• High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience
• At least 3 years of industry experience
• Experience and proficiency in navigating digital platforms and programs for documentation, estimating, and communication purposes
• IICRC certification a preferred

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to professionally communicate using Outlook and Microsoft Suite
• Comfortable with learning and utilizing technology and proprietary customer management platforms, as well as estimating software programs for jobsite and job file documentation purposes.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents

Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours and Travel Requirements:

This is a full-time position working 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday, 45 hours per week, subject to on call schedule. This position frequently requires long hours (beyond 8 hours a day), including evenings and weekends, as needed. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
