Job Description
- Ensure that the team’s performance of water mitigation, mold remediation, environmental services, fire/smoke damage, contents and carpet cleaning/re-installation services in accordance to Paul Davis, industry & carrier specifications.
- Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- Assist other team members when needed and foster a positive working relationship with other departments.
- Be a great representative of our brand!
- Ensure crews are ready at all times and every morning to handle the day through a team huddle to ensure daily goals are met.
- Schedule and deploy mitigation personnel and equipment resources in property mitigation scenarios.
- Train personnel towards improved productivity regardless of tenure.
- Assess team competencies and coach individuals to close operational gaps.
- Meet clients and adjusters on site to assist in issue resolution and provide professional opinion.
- Write Scopes – Commercial & Residential, Bio/trauma, corrosion mitigation, odor, water.
- Document project delivery milestones and other relevant project information in project databases.
- Ensure Quality Metrics (SLAs) are documented and insurance carrier expectations are maintained.
- Complete new job work orders and assign to staff.
- Manage department budgets.
- Communicate & collaborate with Coordinators, Project Managers, Estimators and other staff.
- Re-inspect job sites for quality control.
- Issue resolution - be the point of contact for customers if they have any questions and/or concerns and resolve those in effective and timely manner.
- Maintain inventory of clean, properly stocked and organized trucks along with all company equipment.
- Maintain mitigation sundry inventory levels.
- Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
- Maintain and process any required paperwork necessary for insurance carriers or third-parties.
- Identify potential project risks and issues and communicate them to Operations Manager.
- Review technician resumes and conduct interviews in coordination with other leaders in hiring capacities.
- Assist with customer collections.
