Philippe SA Geneva Metrologist Philippe SA Geneva Metrologist (M/F) Mission Within the Metrology team, your mission will be to ensure the control of the company's measurement processes according to internal needs and applicable standards. Propose and lead continuous improvement actions for measurement processes. Responsibilities Define and implement the metrology programs within the company. Identify measurement equipment needs and define specifications (acquisition and evolution) in connection with measurement equipment partners regarding performance level and implement measurement processes (monitoring plans and audits). Propose and deploy new technical approaches to improve measurement performance, transversely in relation to transversal projects linked to metrology. Optimize preventive maintenance plans for measurement equipment: costs and frequencies, define the educational content of research. HES Engineer with knowledge in physical measurements or equivalent degree. Strong metrology knowledge, quality experience of 5 to 8 years in a similar role, ideally in the sector. Mastery of problem-solving tools and methods. Ability to coordinate a multidisciplinary team. Knowledge in 3D measurement and adaptability. Team spirit and the ability to work with others.
