*Position Overview*
As a PRN Physical Therapist, you will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and lead rehabilitation strategies focused on improving mobility, balance, endurance, and safety in a skilled nursing environment. This flexible PRN opportunity allows you to contribute your expertise while maintaining schedule flexibility.
*What You’ll Do*
* Perform initial evaluations and re-evaluations
* Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
* Provide interventions targeting mobility, strength, balance, and fall prevention
* Supervise and collaborate with PTA staff
* Participate in interdisciplinary care planning meetings
* Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory standards
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation
*What We’re Looking For*
* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
* Active Wisconsin PT license
* Skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred
* Strong leadership and clinical decision-making skills
