As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Ensure that each child’s individual needs are met, delivering high standards of care and education in a safe and nurturing environment.
• Observe, assess, and plan engaging activities that support each child’s unique learning and development.
• Be an active and professional team member, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and followed.
• Follow risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety matters to management.
• Support the overall development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification - essential
• Fluency in written and spoken English - essential
• Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years - desirable
• Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable
