Location: Merrimack, NH and Covington KY Onsite Long Term Contract CANDIDATE PROFILE: Good communication skills. Ability to articulate both non-technical and technical items to diverse audiences. Team player and supporter. Deep technical skills (to be evaluated in technical round). Round 1 with HM: 30-minute session combining behavioral and technical questions. Round 2: Meet with team members for technical discussion. The Expertise and Skills You Bring Bachelors or higher degree in a Technology-related field. 7+ years of development experience, including 2+ years in Salesforce. Salesforce Platform Developer 1 and Salesforce Administrator certifications preferred. Experience building Salesforce.com solutions using low code (e.g., Flows) and pro code (Apex, Lightning Web Components). Excellent communication skills and customer-centric mindset. Strong analytical, engineering, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to produce clear and concise design documentation. Participation in architecture, design, and code reviews. Willingness to learn additional skills as needed to meet business requirements. Seniority level
