Philippe SA Geneva Quality Assurance Manager Philippe SA Geneva Quality Assurance Manager (M/F) Mission As part of this role, in our Movement Components Division, you will be responsible for managing and developing the Quality Assurance activity by enhancing preventive quality in the new components phase to ensure production objectives. Responsibilities Supervise, unite, develop, and motivate a team of Quality Officers, while managing files, distributing workloads within the team, validating milestones, guiding decisions, and prioritizing activities. Define and/or optimize monitoring plans regarding risks and process capabilities to ensure quality in series production. Implement cross-functional actions with support services to advance processes and improve their capabilities, ensuring standard control methods in production. Contribute to defining standards and best practices. Profile Engineering degree in microtechnology or confirmed experience in management, preferably in the watchmaking sector or with watch component manufacturing knowledge. Understanding of the processes of component manufacturing. Mastery of quality management tools and methodologies. Proficiency in an ERP (preferably SAP). Proactive, analytical, and synthetic mindset.
