See requirements.90 Day Bonus Track:Month 1: $1,000- 2 sales contracts (avg $15k)Month 2: $1,500- 3 sales contracts (avg $15k)Month 3: $2,500- 3 sales contracts (avg $20k)Bonuses paid ONLY when revenue is collected.Deal size HAS to be met to receive the sign on bonus.Realistically sales reps are making between $10,000-$20,000 monthly. Uncapped commission. What you put in is what you make.Responsibilities:- This is a door-to-door sales role- All you will do is sell. No production management, no ordering materials, JUST.SELL.- Canvass neighborhoods to generate leads and set appointments- Educate homeowners on the insurance claims process- Coordinate with production teams to ensure quality and timelines- Collect payments and ensure customer satisfaction- Generate referrals and build long-term relationshipsWhat we offer:- Healthy commission structure and complete transparency.
