Now we're looking for one or two more.What the Role Actually Looks Like:* Identify and connect with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods to introduce premium American-made home solutions* This helps boomers vote with their dollar to stay in the US and out of corporations hands like BlackRock. They don't care or know, but we vote with not just our dollar, but theirs.* Run full-cycle consultations using our battle-tested sales framework that closes at the highest rates in the industry.* We train daily. This is not a one stop training program where we say here's the script good luck. But there is absolutely a system to follow.* Build real relationships and deliver value-first conversations that turn prospects into high ticket clients* We hold the opportunity, we give it out to 3-4 people daily, this is not customer service.* Track and crush weekly, monthly, and annual performance metrics with full transparency and accountability* There are minimums for activity.
