Job Title: Technology Adoption Specialist

Location: Chicago, Charlotte, Iselin, or Frisco
Work Model: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite)

Position Summary

Responsible for driving adoption and maximizing ROI of collaboration and SaaS platforms across the organization. This role focuses on user enablement, content creation, and proactive engagement — not incident support.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote adoption of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook).
• Create training content (videos, job aids, knowledge base articles).
• Maintain SharePoint sites and publish technology communications.
• Host office hours, roadshows, and internal promotional events.
• Analyze platform usage and proactively engage business units to improve adoption.
• Partner with L&D and meet with leaders to understand needs and influence strategy.
• Engage vendors to understand roadmap changes and translate guidance for associates.

Required Skills

• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Microsoft 365 experience (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook)
• SharePoint site creation
• Microsoft Power Platform (no-code apps)
• Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban)
