Job Title:  Project Manager

Location: Chattanooga, TN 37402

Duration: 6 months 

Pay Range is $55-$58/hr on W2

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate enterprise-level projects and cross-functional programs. This role is responsible for managing project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex projects from initiation through completion.
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables while tracking progress and risks.
• Manage 2–3 projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, QA teams, and project owners to ensure project success.
• Utilize AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot for project planning, documentation, and reporting.
• Mentor and support project coordinators or assistant project managers when required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7+ years of project management experience managing complex projects.
• Experience with project management tools; PMP or similar certification preferred.
