Job Position : Project Manager / Field Manager

Location: Metro Atlanta, GA

Pay Rate : $57,804 – $150,000 per year

Company: Located in Cartersville, GA
SKL’D is looking for a Project Manager / Field Manager to lead commercial and industrial construction projects throughout the Metro Atlanta area. This role combines project oversight with field leadership, making it ideal for someone who can manage operations while supporting crews on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from pre-construction through completion

• Supervise field crews, foremen, and subcontractors

• Coordinate schedules, materials, labor, and budgets

• Conduct site visits to ensure safety, quality, and productivity

• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams

• Maintain company standards, safety practices, and compliance

• Track progress, resolve issues, and keep projects on schedule

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager, Field Manager, or Foreman in construction

• Strong knowledge of commercial and/or industrial job sites

• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Must pass a background check and drug screen

• Clean driving record (MVR) required
