Residential Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Residential Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation for Outdoor Living projects: paver patios, outdoor kitchens, retaining walls, water and fire features, paver driveways, covered patios, decks...etc

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Communicate with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers and clients when necessary
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management or another related field
• Strong communication and leadership qualities
• Deadline and detail-oriented
