Job Summary:
Responsible for running multiple projects at any given time from start to finish. In addition, you will be able to participate in and help build our culture of being a trusted advisor while leading talented teams who are dedicated to excellence and building with integrity. Your goal will be to endure the ultimate success of a project and oversee the cost, schedule, safety, and client satisfaction. You will create value by leading assigned projects from the bid process to project close-out and making sure they exceed the client's expectations.
Responsibilities:
Manage project subcontractors including coordination, procurement of materials and equipment, monitoring budget and cost, manage to the bill.
- Project document control ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. Manage/prepare cost proposals and change orders.
- Project accounting functions include assistance in billing and reviewing/approving sub-contractor progress payments.
- Control budgets and manage cost control throughout the life of the project.
- Coordinate with project architects, designers, owners, sub-contractors, and field personnel.
Qualifications and skills:
- Minimum of 10 years in residential or ground-up high-end construction.
- Knowledgeable about current construction methods, materials and regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Must have good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Computer skills are a must.
A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history are required
