Project Manager Construction

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope
• Scheduling and oversight of subcontractors and laborers
• Inspect jobs in process
• Obtain all permits and order required building materials
• Schedule required inspections
• Meet with clients on a regular basis to report project status and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements & Skills

• Proven working experience in custom home project management
• Ability to organize and track multiple projects simultaneously
• Must be dedicated with a strong work ethic and a great attitude; must maintain a high standard of integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to plan and prioritize while focusing on detail orientation and effective time management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Microsoft Office
• Project Management: 4 years (Preferred)
