Polar Bear Roofing is actively hiring a driven, motivated Project Manager – Sales to join our growing team during peak storm season.

This is a field-based, door-to-door sales position focused on helping homeowners navigate roof replacements through insurance claims and retail projects.

As a Project Manager – Sales, you will:

• Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods (door-to-door sales)
• Inspect roofs for storm damage
• Educate homeowners on the insurance claim process
• Secure signed agreements
• Meet with insurance adjusters
• Manage projects from contract to completion
• Maintain strong homeowner communication throughout the process
• Generate referrals and build community relationships
