Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager with experience in multi family construction to manage several apartment and projects in Greensboro and throughout North Carolina. Must be willing to travel within a three hour radius.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• CPM scheduling
• Pre-construction support in office with sales
• Budget Development
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise construction superintendents

Qualifications:

• BS in Engineering or Construction Management
• 10+ years industry experience preferred
• Basic estimating/take-off skills
• Dispute resolution skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
