IT & Infrastructure Project Manager

Job Description

As the IT Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the

planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects. You will work closely with

cross-functional teams, including engineers, cabling vendors, feet on the street, field

engineers and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope,

and within budget. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior project

managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring best practices

in project management.

Key Responsibilities:

 Project Leadership: Lead multiple IT projects from initiation though

delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

 Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, define

scope, set milestones, manage resources and monitor progress

 Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation

strategies, and ensure proactive problem-solving.

 Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with clients,

stakeholders, and team member to ensure project alignment and

satisfaction.

 Budget Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and

ensure cost-effective project delivery.

 Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest

quality standards and are aligned with client expectations.

 Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project

management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and

effectiveness.

 Reporting: Provide regular project updates to senior management and

stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and performance metrics.

Education: High School or higher

Experience: 8+ years in corporate setting. Project Management/Coordinator

experience a plus.
