Program Manager - Saugerties

Rehabilitation Support Services, Inc. is currently seeking applications for our Program Manager position in our residential program working within a substance use disorder and recovery environment located in the Saugerties area.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to supervising staff and overseeing the coordination of all needed recovery oriented client services. Participate in referral and interview process for new client admission and planning for discharge

Requirements:

• HS diploma with 5 years of experience preferred in a human services setting
• or Bachelor’s degree with two years' experience preferred in a mental health setting or in a human services setting.
• Master's degree in social work or psychology required for some settings.
• Valid NYS driver's license
• Successful clearance by the Justice Center and New York State Office of Children and Family Services Statewide Central Register Database Check
• CASAC and/or CASAC-T required.

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed
