Park Coastal Surveying, LLC

Park Coastal Surveying, LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Surveyor to join our growing team. As a full-service surveying firm operating throughout Florida, our projects span a wide range of environments — from hydrographic and coastal surveys to construction sites, transportation corridors, and environmentally sensitive areas.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership capabilities, technical expertise in both field and office operations, and a thorough understanding of the surveying and mapping profession. Pay based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage survey crews performing boundary, topographic, right-of-way, utility, construction staking, and as-built surveys for public and private clients

  • Perform existing conditions verification to ensure accuracy and consistency of survey data used for design

  • Process, review, and quality-control field data

  • Prepare and draft survey deliverables using CAD software, including boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction-related drawings

  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements

  • Communicate effectively with management, clients, engineers, contractors, and field personnel to maintain project scope, schedule, and budget

  • Maintain survey equipment, vehicles, and data integrity

  • Represent the company in a professional and client-focused manner at all times

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience leading survey field crews or managing survey projects

  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD Civil 3D or equivalent) with the ability to independently prepare survey drawings and exhibits

  • Experience with utility mapping, construction staking, as-built surveys, and data processing

  • Strong working knowledge of data collectors, robotic total stations, GPS systems, and automatic levels

  • Ability to manage projects from field data collection through final deliverables

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying terrain and weather conditions

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Strong organizational skills, punctuality, accountability, and attention to detail
