Job Description

Dicor Construction Inc.,  is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee a new ground-up storage center project from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

   •   Manage all phases of the storage center construction project, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and on-site coordination.

   •   Oversee subcontractors, field staff, and vendors to ensure work meets company standards and project specifications.

   •   Maintain project timelines and proactively resolve issues to avoid delays.

   •   Conduct regular site inspections ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with all regulations.

   •   Prepare and track budgets, change orders, progress reports, and documentation.

   •   Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors throughout the project.
