About the Role:

We’re looking for a caring and organized Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day activities for our community and/or residential programs. You’ll support staff, keep things running smoothly, and make sure we’re meeting our goals—especially around providing great care and hitting our revenue targets.

Responsibilities: 

• Supervise and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
• Manage schedules, coverage, and daily program needs
• Make sure clients receive high-quality, person-centered support
• Ensure we follow all health, safety, and licensing rules
• Visit program sites and solve any issues that come arise
• Train and coach staff
• Keep accurate records (care plans, progress notes, incidents, etc.)
• Communicate with families, case managers, and others involved in care
• Help with hiring, onboarding, and staff evaluations
• Be part of the on-call team for emergencies

What You’ll Need:

• 3+ years working with people with developmental disabilities or in a leadership role in human services
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A valid driver’s license with a clean record

Job Details:

• Pay: $25/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Full-time
