Project Manager

Job Description

MAIN GOAL:

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the assigned project by ensuring effective planning, communication, and coordination of resources to deliver high-quality outcomes with excellence, in full compliance with established standards and customer expectations.

Travel Required: 100 % of the time.

Work Location : Florida, California, Texas, Denver...

RESPONSABILITIES:

- Participate in the initial planning of the assigned project based on the client's requirements, through the design and calculation of execution times, determining the duration, resources, costs, and special needs requested by the client, being the basis for the quotation and approval of this.

- Participate in planning meetings while the assigned project is active.

- Plan the delivery of supplies, materials, and equipment, and request necessary access for all team members for the success of the project.

- Participate in the design of the execution plan where the established activities and times are determined in detail to ensure compliance.

- Monitor the progress of the project in charge to make the necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with the quality expected by the client.

- Manage the relationship with the client of the assigned project by maintaining continuous and effective communication and escalating risk situations, if necessary, to the Execution Operations Manager.

- Manage project teams’ including assignment, requisitions of employees and local workers, ensure badges, ppe, tools and equipment, work distribution with the corresponding training, time and attendance, performance review, policy compliance, disciplinary actions, work environment and all the supervising procedures as needed.

- Ensure a safe workplace that complies with OSHA, MOCA and Client's protocols and standards.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety requirements.
