Role Overview:
● Making Poke Bowls
● Making Boba Drinks
● Serving Dole Soft-Serve
● Prep Work
● Register
● Customer Service
● Multi-Tasking (taking on multiple stations)
● Washing Dishes
● Opening & Closing the Store
● Adhere to All Sanitation and Food Safety Regulation
As a sharkii junior, you are responsible for all the roles below
Cashier:
● Taking accurate orders
● Handling cash/card payments
● Solid knowledge on menu
Poke Station:
● Making accurate poke bowls orders
● Refilling poke containers and sauces
● Cutting avocado
● Making rice
Boba Station:
● Making accurate boba drink orders
● Refilling boba toppings/teas/powders
● Brewing teas
● Cooking boba
Prep/Kitchen:
● Organizing food items in fridge/freezer
● Thawing food items
● Prepping food items
● Refilling sauces
