Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Construction Project Manager to join our amazing team!

Must have a minimum of 3 Years of Experience in Residential construction fields.

Please, no recruiters.

You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementation
• Must be able to put together detailed construction schedules.
• Allocate resources and additional subcontractors as needed for assigned projects
• Manage site Superintendent and subcontractors.
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and respect for clients, vendors, and colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management or site superintendent
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Able to handle client requests in a timely manner
