East London | £35,000 + Performance Bonuses A premium, high-energy entertainment and hospitality venue in East London is looking for aSocial Media & Content Managerto capture the energy of the brand and turn it into engaging digital content seen by thousands every week. This role is all aboutstorytelling through content. Youll be behind the scenes and on the floor capturing the atmosphere, filming the moments people want to share, and transforming them into viral social media content. If you live onTikTok, Instagram Reels and short-form video, understand how audiences engage online, and know how to turn a busy night into great content
this could be the perfect role. The Role Youll be responsible for managing the venuessocial presence and digital content output, ensuring the brand stays visible, engaging and growing online. Your focus will be oncapturing the venues energy, people and experiencesthrough video and visual storytelling. You will: Film content during service, events and busy nights
Create daily short-form videos forTikTok, Instagram Reels and social platforms
Capture behind-the-scenes moments, guest reactions, drinks, food and atmosphere
Edit engaging video content using tools likeCapCut, Premiere or similar
Manage Instagram Stories and daily social engagement
Reply to DMs, comments and online reviews
Work with influencers and creators visiting the venue
Collaborate with management on campaigns and promotions
Help shape the brands online personality and tone
Youll essentially be the person responsible formaking the venue look as exciting online as it feels in real life. What Were Looking For
2+ years experience managingsocial media for hospitality, lifestyle or entertainment brands
Strongvideography and short-form editing skills
Confident filming in busy environments
Excellent understanding ofTikTok, Instagram Reels and viral content
Experience using editing tools such asCapCut, Premiere, Final Cut or similar
Creative eye for capturing moments and atmosphere
Someone proactive who can spot content opportunities quickly
Comfortable working evenings when the venue is busy
