The Role As a Sales & Marketing Representative, you'll sit at the crossroads of sales and marketing, taking client campaigns directly to customers, building brand awareness, and converting that interest into results. This is a hands-on role where every day is different. Full coaching and development is provided, so no previous experience in sales or marketing is required. What You'll Be Doing Delivering direct marketing campaigns on behalf of recognised brands Engaging face-to-face with customers to promote products and services Generating new business through personal customer interactions Taking ownership of your individual performance and targets Developing a strong understanding of sales strategy, customer psychology, and brand positioning through ongoing coaching What We're Looking For Strong communication skills and a natural confidence with people Self-motivation and the ability to manage your own workload A genuine interest in sales, marketing, or business A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn No experience necessary
