todeliver compassionate care across the continuum in the inpatient, outpatient, and home settings for Indiana children and families. Job Summary:interdisciplinary consult-based medical team of physicians, advanced-practice providers, nurses, and social workers who are dedicated to the mission of helping patients achieve quality of life, and providing support/resources to families Well-supported program with ample inpatient and outpatient clinical opportunitiesin a culture embracing the role of palliative care Highly skilledPediatric Palliative Care team that honors the spirit of compassion, empathy, patience and presence as key interventions.
