We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter Supervisor to lead our construction team in delivering high-quality projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and extensive knowledge in carpentry, construction management, and project oversight. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing carpentry work while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
*Duties*
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of carpentry crews on-site to ensure efficient workflow.
* Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications and requirements.
* Utilize time management and project software for project tracking and documentation.
* Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure quality standards are met.
* Collaborate with other trades and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
* Train and mentor junior carpenters, providing guidance on techniques and safety practices.
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on the job site.
*Qualifications*
* Must have proven experience as a Carpenter Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
* Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding construction documents.
* Familiarity with construction estimating, budgeting, and contract management.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team effectively.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.80 - $26.10 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

* Frame carpentry: 5 years (Required)
