We are looking for
Identity and Access Management (IAM) Lead (m/f/d) (unlimited, fulltime)- flexible working conditions available. Join our team at our location in Berlin, Baden-Baden, Verl.
Key Responsibilities:
• In this pivotal role, you will ensure our IAM framework aligns with financial regulations, security and resilience standards, and the evolving needs of a dynamic digital enterprise.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve a tailored IAM framework that ensures compliance with financial regulations and supports Riverty’s security and resilience goals.
• Partner with various stakeholders, incl IT and business units to innovate IAM tools and processes, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on IAM governance, regulatory standards, and best practices.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging IAM technologies to maintain a cutting-edge and compliant IAM ecosystem.
What you need to succeed in the role:
• A degree in (business) informatics or a related field, or a comparable qualification.
• Proven experience leading IAM functions in regulated industries (preferably financial services).
• Deep understanding of IAM frameworks, tools, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
