Our Business Platforms & Integrations team focuses on software and app development, delivering innovative solutions tailored to clients' needs.

Based in Wyomissing, PA, the Commerce & Omnichannel team works with clients both regionally and nationally, providing expert strategy, planning, and collaborative execution of outcome-driven services including

website design and development, omnichannel marketing strategy and services, and creative services including brand and UX design, video and photography, performance monitoring and insights, and more.


Summary/Objective

As a Senior Growth Advisor with the Commerce & Omnichannel team, your responsibilities will

focus on outcome-driven client success through the creation and management of strategies

across multiple channels, collaboration with teams to execute content generation, graphic design,

and tech solutions and reporting on KPIs to clients and stakeholders. Your guidance in working

with clients provides a strategic North Star, evolving as needed to ensure clients have long-term

success and growth.


Develop Strategy: Create an omnichannel strategy for clients through stakeholder meetings,

collaboration with the team, budgeting considerations, and focusing on long-term sustained

growth. Your expertise guides the client and team in creating successful execution.

Manage Email Marketing Campaigns: Utilize platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, and other

email marketing tools to oversee clients' email activities, including newsletters and e-commerce

flows. Ensure campaigns are effectively targeted, engaging, and aligned with clients' marketing

goals.

Manage SEO and GEO Activities: Produce and distribute comprehensive monthly search engine

optimization (SEO) and generative search optimization (GEO) reports. Collaborate with the team

to conduct website audits, perform keyword research, diagnose technical SEO issues, and utilize

tools like Screaming Frog and SEMrush to optimize clients' online presence.

Manage Client Social Media Activities: Schedule and manage social media posts across various

platforms. Work with the creative team to produce engaging graphics, manage content

calendars, and provide clients with innovative ideas and concepts for advertising campaigns.

Oversee the full management of clients' social profiles to enhance their online visibility.

Client Communications: Act as the main point of contact for clients and work with the teams to

provide updates in scheduled meetings, collaborate on effective strategy, report on KPIs, and

focus on expanding strategy. Clients will rely on you to drive strategy and make

recommendations on best practices and budgeting.

Project Management: Update tasks in the project management system to ensure efficient use of

allocated time each month. Identify opportunities for improvement and additional value-added

services. Proactively seek potential new sales opportunities and always strive for process

enhancements.

Success Management and Growth: Assist sales teams in providing guidance for

proposals, provide assessments for initial negotiations with the sales team, act as a liaison for other divisions to help with upsells for holistic growth across the company.



  • Experience in crafting and executing strategy for growth
  • Documentation, communication, and time tracking skills
  • The ability to work from our Wyomissing, PA office (2) days per week is preferred, but remote will be considered for the right candidate.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media, -OR- 5+ years of relevant experience. (7+ years of experience preferred.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams), Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other collaboration tools,
  • Experience with social media marketing on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, et al.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms including Klaviyo, MailChimp, Hubspot, Constant Contact, or similar.
  • Working knowledge of e-Commerce CMS platforms such as BigCommerce, Oro commerce, Magento, and Shopify. (WordPress knowledge is a plus.)
  • Familiarity with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Knowledge of SEO and keyword and GEO research
  • Ability to multitask, work collaboratively and autonomously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering white glove client experiences.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Problem-solving skills, you don't have to know the answer to every question, but you need to have the skills to find the correct answer
  • Comfortable interfacing with clients in a professional manner over email, video calls, and in person
