Overview: Our client, a well-established leader in the HVAC and environmental comfort solutions industry, is seeking a
Data Analyst
to support a critical data migration project as they transition to a new ERP system going live on January 1st. This role will work closely with the Controller, Finance Supervisor, and CFO to ensure accurate and efficient data handling during this high-impact initiative.
Duties:
Managed end‑to‑end data conversion and migration across Salesforce, QuickBooks, and NetSuite, including legacy MOAC service order and agreement imports.
Performed financial and project‑level reconciliations—including P&L, balance sheet, and orphan project cleanup—to ensure accuracy across EC and MOAC entities.
Improved data integrity by resolving discrepancies, merging duplicate records, and maintaining version‑controlled logs for decisions and issues.
Partnered with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and project teams to provide reporting, support migration milestones, and develop mappings, SOPs, and control improvements.
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3–5+ years in data migration/conversion and financial reconciliation within ERP/financial systems.
Advanced Excel (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH), strong Power Query proficiency.
Working knowledge of NetSuite (saved searches, customer records, import/export) and Salesforce (projects, opportunities, accounts). Experience navigating multi-subsidiary ERP configurations is a plus.
Solid understanding standard reconciliation practices.
High attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, and clear communication skills.
