The IT Business Systems Delivery (BSD) Customer Engagement Pega team collaborates with our Customer Operations and Energy Services business partners to support, manage, and deliver business solutions. This role is responsible for the delivery of business solutions, including the design, development, testing, and implementation of systems and applications that meet the business needs of our customers. The team works closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, and translates those requirements into technical specifications and solutions. The team is also responsible for the maintenance and support of existing systems and applications, ensuring that they continue to meet the needs of our customers. The team is looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our business solutions delivery. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate those requirements into technical specifications and solutions. Design, develop, test, and implement business solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Maintain and support existing systems and applications to ensure they continue to meet the needs of our customers. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in business systems delivery, preferably in the energy sector. Strong understanding of business processes and how they can be supported by technology. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
