We are a fast-growing Twin Cities exterior remodeling company thatspecializes in roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and many other residential andcommercial remodeling projects.Timberline Roofing Contracting- Family owned and operated company.- Local company that serves the Twin Cities and entire state of Minnesota, we arenot "Storm Chasers".- In business for over 27 years.- A+ Better Business Bureau rating.- GAF Master Elite- Thousands of satisfied homeowners and positive reviews.Position Description:- Meet with homeowners and business owners to educate them on the productsand services we provide.- Perform detailed inspections of homes and businesses for possible stormdamage, problems with current products, and warranty checks.- Effectively communicate problems and solutions to potential customersregarding their property damage.- Meet with insurance adjusters to discuss findings and agree on a scope of workto be performed.- Upload pictures, documents, and other relative info regarding eachhomeowner's project and discuss it with the production department.- Oversee projects on sight ensuring that materials are correct, install is to codeand workers are using safety guidelines.- Provide accurate bids when required.Position Requirements:- Three years of experience in the industry.- Highly motivated and people oriented.- Strong communication skills (written/verbal)- Excellent time management skills.- Must be self-driven, competitive, and assertive.- Perform roof, siding, window, and gutter inspections.- Be able to climb a ladder. (OK with heights)- Valid driver's license reliable vehicle.- Computer skills: email CRM.- Present a professional appearance both in and out of the office. (Tattoos areOK)- Military experience/Veterans are highly encouraged to apply!- Sales/management experience preferred but not required.- Be goal oriented.- Be a team player.- Have an entrepreneurial mindset.We Offer:- Industry leading commission structure. (Project consultants can expect to earn$75-$200k+, there is no cap on commissions!)- Percentage of commission is paid upon turning in an approved job.
