We're partnering with a rapidly growing, acquisitive software company headquartered in Markham that's reshaping its industry. With ambitious growth plans and an entrepreneurial culture, they’re looking for a CPA-designated Manager to take ownership of finance operations across several business units and help steer the company’s next phase of expansion.

What you'll do:

• Lead finance operations across multiple business units
• Support post-acquisition integration of newly acquired entities
• Oversee month-end close and financial reporting
• Deliver product-level performance and profitability insights
• Manage FP&A activities and strategic financial analysis
• Coach and develop a high-performing finance team
• Drive ad hoc initiatives directly supporting the Director of Finance

What you bring:

• CPA designation, ideally from a Big 4 or national firm
• A minimum of 4 years’ post-graduation experience, currently at Manager level
• Strong command of IFRS ; revenue recognition experience is a plus
• Confident communicator, process improver, and natural business partner
• Curious, entrepreneurial mindset and a sharp eye for growth opportunities
