Full-Time Education Coordinator

Be part of Oxford Learning Don Valley, helping kids realize their dreams and overcome school challenges. This role is in‑person, requires commuting to North York, and offers experience in teaching and student support.

• Location: 2810 Victoria Park Ave #110, North York, ON
• Job type: Full‑time
• Salary: $18.50 – $21 per hour
• Schedule: Afternoons and evenings, Monday to Thursday, Saturday availability
• Vulnerable sector screening required; relocation packages not available
• Applicants must reside in or within a short commute of the North York area

• Assist in centre operations and coordination with staff, teachers, parents, and students
• Inform parents about Oxford Learning programmes
• Organise schedules for students, staff and teachers
• Set up and administer assessments
• Establish and oversee student learning programmes
• Liaise with community partners (schools, sports teams, local businesses)
• Maintain contact with parents and discuss child progress
• Ensure Oxford Learning philosophy is maintained throughout the centre
• Create a fun and energetic learning environment daily
• Master Oxford Learning teaching philosophy and coach team members

• Minimum university degree (Social Sciences, Languages, Math, Business preferred)
• Strong secondary school maths skills an asset
• Additional language(s) spoken an asset
• Experience in an educational environment with medium to large student bodies
• Experience in a business environment an asset
• Experience with billing cycles required
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, online communication apps)
• Strong phone skills and customer service experience (sales experience preferred)
