Branch Manager

Job Description

Diversified Sourcing Solutions, DSS, is looking for a strong Warehouse Branch Manager for our customer in the Raleigh, North Carolina area. The successful candidate will have the following:

Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, fabricators, and
other employees.

Excellent organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly.

Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven, multi-priority environment by prioritizing and
completing a wide variety of tasks throughout the day.

Ability to provide others with timely and organized information; provide clear directions, share
responsibility and accountability; includes and consults with appropriate individuals as needed.

Provides accurate results that are thought-out, complete; exhibits a high standard for excellence,
attention to detail.

Ability to use logical methods to solve problems while producing effective solutions; probes all
appropriate resources for solutions, ability to make quick and effective problem-solving decisions.

Strong relationship skills to work well with all types of people, attentive and active listener; patience
to hear others out and build rapport with dignity and tact; ability to effectively manage change and
support and promote acceptance, encouraging, motivating, clear and effective communicator.

Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.

Excellent writing and record-keeping skills to help with the flow in inventory stock.

Warehouse Management type of Experience is required

This position is a Direct Hire role for the Raleigh, NC area
