Project Manager for Foresight and Employment As a project manager, you initiate, conduct, and participate in foresight projects or sometimes complex tasks, involving many stakeholders while respecting set deadlines. Responsibilities Understand the evolutions in the areas to be studied, detect and analyze facts, and separate reality from preconceived ideas Draft foresight work and present it to our various target audiences Process essential basic data for future studies to define foresight development work, expertise, and regular production in defined areas For more details, please refer to the specifications by clicking here or contact Ms. X, Head of the office with a university degree (Master's) or higher education in a field relevant to the role Project management experience is required Good understanding of both prospective approaches or a methodology to identify, analyze, and contextualize the factors of social, technological, and economic changes in the contemporary world, in order to support the Vaud cantonal authority in its positioning against a changing environment Strong writing skills Fluency in oral communication Good knowledge of English and German is desirable, as well as familiarity with analytical tools (e.g., R).
