Ambassador Physical Therapy is a faith-based, multi-site private practice specializing in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality care to our patients.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' medical history, current condition, and rehabilitations goals
* Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs, utilizing various techniques and modalities
* Guide patients in therapeutic exercises and activities to improve mobility, strength, and function
* Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed for optimal outcomes
* Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care practices for continued recovery
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for patients
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and billing information
* Stay informed of the latest advancements in physical therapy and incorporate best practices into treatment strategies
* Uphold legal and ethical guidelines, including patient confidentiality and privacy
* Foster a positive and supportive environment for patients and colleagues
*Requirements*
* Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
* Current or pending state license as a Physical Therapist (new grads welcome)
* Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency in EMR systems and clinical software
* Commitment to ongoing professional development

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $77,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
