*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Lead and Supervise:* Oversee nursing staff, ensuring quality care delivery and compliance with state and federal regulations.
* *Direct Patient Care:* Administer medications, treatments, and care plans, prioritizing the health and well-being of residents.
* *Collaborate:* Work closely with the interdisciplinary team, residents, and families to create a personalized care experience.
* *Mentor and Train:* Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, fostering professional growth and teamwork.
* *Monitor and Document:* Maintain accurate records of resident care, treatments, and progress using our advanced documentation systems.
* *Problem-Solve:* Address clinical issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring continuity of care and optimal outcomes.
*Qualifications:*
* *Licensure:* Current and valid *Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)* license in NY.
* *Experience:* Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 in a supervisory or leadership role (preferred).
* *Skills:* Strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and inspire a team.
* *Passion:* Commitment to improving the lives of residents in a skilled nursing and rehab setting.
