Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Iver, Buckinghamshire (Office-Based) Package * £28,000 – £38,000 base salary * Commission structure * Performance bonus based on account growth * 20 days annual leave + bank holidays * Birthday off * Medicash healthcare scheme * Company pension About the Role Strive Staffing Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing and highly respected landscaping supply brand for a Sales Executive to join their team in Iver, Buckinghamshire. Our client has built a strong reputation within the landscaping industry, supplying innovative, trade-focused products that are widely trusted by installers and stocked by major national merchants across the UK. With demand continuing to grow, they are now looking for a driven Sales Executive to help convert a strong pipeline of enquiries into active customers and revenue. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, working leads, and driving new business in a structured sales environment. Key Responsibilities * Contact all new trade registrations within 24 hours to introduce the product range and convert them into active accounts * Conduct outbound follow-ups with lapsed trade and wholesale accounts to re-engage business * Manage inbound sales enquiries from the website and direct phone line * Maintain and update CRM, logging all activity and managing the sales pipeline * Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing customers * Support national account activation campaigns, including follow-up with merchant branches * Deliver structured outbound sales activity to generate new business opportunities * Provide weekly reporting on sales activity, new accounts opened, and revenue generated Candidate Requirements Essential * 1–3 years outbound or inside sales experience within a B2B environment * Confident making high volumes of outbound calls * Experience using CRM systems * Strong commercial awareness and ability to develop opportunities through conversation * Clear and confident communication skills via phone and email * Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven Desirable * Experience selling to trade, construction, landscaping, or merchant sectors If you're a motivated sales professional looking to join a growing business with strong market demand and genuine career progression, apply today
